2.1How to configure MagicDraw for BLU AGE®
To model a BLU AGE® project with MagicDraw, you have to configure profiles, templates and wizards inside MagicDraw. Updates of each of these files are delivered with a new BLU AGE® version.
2.1.1How to configure and update the BLU AGE® wizards
To configure the BLU AGE® wizards, you have to go on “Help->Resource/Plugin Manager”. A dialog box is displayed (see Figure 1).

If a version of the BLU AGE wizards is already installed, you will see it in the list of active plugins (see figure 1). In this case, you have to uninstall it before installing the new version. To do this, click on the checkbox named “Bluage” and click on the “Remove” button. A message box will tell you the removal is done and you need to restart MagicDraw.
To install the new wizards, open the dialog box “Resource/Plugin Manager” again. Click on the “Import” button. A browser box is displayed. Select the BLU AGE® wizards archive and click on the “Open” button. A message box will tell you the installation is done and you need to restart MagicDraw (see Figure 2).

2.1.2How to configure and update the BLU AGE® profiles
To install the BLU AGE profiles, you have to extract the "profiles.zip" archive into the "<MagicDraw Install Directory>\profiles\" (see Figure 3).

2.1.3How to configure and update the BLU AGE® templates
To install the BLU AGE templates, you have to extract the "bluage_template.zip" archive into the "<MagicDraw Install Directory>\templates\" (see Figure 4).
