To define for your project a rectilinear path style for all the Control Flow of your activity diagrams, you have to go on "Options->Project->Symbols properties styles->Default->Paths->Control Flow" and to modify the “Path style” property to “Rectilinear” (see Figure 1). Click on OK to validate.
