2.6How to manage specification view

2.6.1General

To manage the specification of the UML elements you view the "Specification" of the selected element (can right click and select Specification, select and hit “Enter”, or double click the element). A dialog box is displayed (see Figure 1).

You can define the UML properties and also the BLU AGE® data types, stereotypes and tags.

2.6.2How to assign a BLU AGE® data type

To assign the data type to an UML element, you choose property “Type” and select one of the BLU AGE® data types (see Figure 2).

2.6.3How to assign a BLU AGE® stereotype

To assign a stereotype to an UML element, you choose property “Applied Stereotype” and select one or more of the BLU AGE® stereotypes (see Figure 3).

2.6.4How to assign a BLU AGE® tag

To assign a tag to an UML element, you have to enter the value for the target BLU AGE® tag (select Tags from Specification/Property) (see Figure 4).

2.6.5Properties filter

Assigning additional properties (like the Weight on the example below), may require you to choose the "Expert" mode so less of the "properties" are filtered from view (see Figure 5).
