Execute the “BLU AGE BUILD” shortcut on your desktop or launch: « Start->Programs->NETFECTIVE->BLUAGE->BLUAGE BUILD » (It is showing as BLU AGE BSF (Software Factory) for version I have – 3.4.2)

3.4How to register the BLU AGE® license
To register the BLU AGE® license file you received go to "Help->License Management->Register License". A dialog box is displayed (see Figure 1). Click on OK to validate.
