7.1How to copy a Workflow

You can only copy/paste elements in the same Resource Set editor. So, in order to copy/paste elements from another Workflow, you have to load the target Workflow into the editor. Use the menu “Load Resource…” on your Workflow (right click). A dialog box is displayed (see Figure 1).

Click on Browse Workspace and select the target Workflow for the copy (see Figure 2).

Click on OK to Validate.

The target Workflow appears in the Resource Set. You can now copy/paste into your workflow.

Note that, once you have completed your copy/paste, you need to close the editor to close this relation. Indeed, the elements from both Workflows will appear in the various views (see Figure 4). It could be hazardous to work in that way with duplicate choices resulting in incorrect selections.
